Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the KCLAB website, community, and resources (the “Services”).

2. Access

Users must create an account to access the community and resources. By registering, you agree to respect these conditions.

3. User Conduct

  • Be respectful in the Discord community & respecting the rule mentioned in the #rules channel.
  • No hate speech, spam, harassment, or illegal content.
  • You are responsible for your account activity.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All KCLAB content (masterclasses, ebooks, journals, designs) is the exclusive property of SunnySoulJo / KCLAB.
  • Users retain rights to their own community posts but grant KCLAB a non-exclusive right to display them within the community.

5. Liability

KCLAB is not responsible for service interruptions, external links, or user-generated content.

6. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or closed in case of violation.

7. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.

  • Account info (name, email, password)
  • Purchases & membership status
  • Posts & activity in the community
  • Analytics data (cookies, browsing)

Why we collect it:

  • To provide community access
  • To deliver resources & purchases
  • To send newsletters (with consent)
  • To improve the website

Third-party services: WooCommerce (payments), Google Analytics, Mailchimp (emails), BuddyBoss/PeepSo.

Your GDPR rights:

  • Access, correct, or delete your data
  • Limit or oppose processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time

How long we keep data: As long as your account is active or required by law.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products (ebooks, journals, masterclasses):

  • Non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, in line with EU digital content rules.

Memberships:

  • Monthly memberships: cancel anytime before the next billing date to avoid renewal.
  • Annual memberships: cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (EU consumer law). After this, no refund for partial use.

Unsubscribe / Account deletion:

You can unsubscribe or request deletion anytime by emailing support@kclab.media.
